We admit it. We are a little Old School at 3FORWARD.

Actually, it’s hard not to be a little old school when you’ve been managing sales teams and chasing quotas for nearly three decades like 3FORWARD’s founders.

While we agree many old rules no longer apply, much of the sales and business basics we learned in those 90-day Sales Universities (remember those?) are as applicable today as ever. You know, things like honest work for honest pay, personal commitment to making the number, company before individual, those kinds of rules.

The New Tools we talk so much about are those innovations and emerging best practices that have changed the sales and marketing process forever. When we find a great example we add it to our collection here on Old School / New Tools to make easy for everyone to find. Yes, we try to Tweet about it too, but like we said, we’re Old School, sometime we just forget to Tweet. Sorry!
